以茶会友·以和为贵 首届万国茶会于景迈山举办

4月22日世界地球日，首届万国茶会在景迈山古茶林文化景观——全球首个茶主题世界文化遗产地盛大开幕。本次活动以“以茶会友·以和为贵”为主题，由茶马古窖发起，汇聚了来自60多个国家的茶文化爱好者。联合国教科文组织亲善大使谭盾携手多国艺术家，带来《世界地球日·景迈山魂谭盾打击乐歌剧之夜》；中国台湾「优人神鼓」与百位茶师打造剧幕式茶会体验；更有美学家、文学家、茶学家围炉煮茶，探讨茶文化与人类文明的和谐发展。首届万国茶会以“0公里坐标”为起点，标志着中国茶文化以创新姿态迈向世界舞台，为逆全球化浪潮中的文明对话提供东方解决方案。

Through the Past and Future of the Ancient Tea Horse Road! The First World Tea Gathering Begins at Jingmai Mountain

On the 56th annual Earth Day, a landmark celebration of tea culture unfolded at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Jingmai Mountain. UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador and Oscar- and Grammy Award-winning composer Tan Dun presented the world premiere of The Spirit of Jingmai Mountain – World Tea Gathering Concert at the Jingmai Tea Horse Ancient Cellar. The performance featured the New York Percussion Group and members of Yang Liping’s renowned dance ensemble, coming together in a breathtaking fusion of percussion, opera, drama, dance, and multimedia art.
